When and where

HSI 2016 will be held alongside Photonex at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on Wednesday 12th & Thursday 13th October.

Travel Information:

By Rail: NEW (in 2016) and on site: Coventry Arena (Coventry/Nunearton line), services are once per hour. Alternatively Coventry (Mainline), located in the City centre, approximately 6 miles away. Regular services operate directly from London Euston (1 hour), Birmingham New Street (30 minutes) and Manchester Piccadilly (2 hours), then jump on the FREE courtesy coach.

To make your visit convenient and there is a courtesy coach from Coventry Mainline Station.

For those travelling by train and then courtesy coach to Ricoh Arena
Just outside Coventry Rail station there will be a swing sign indicating where the bus will pick up. The timetable is for the pick up at the station and will be on the hour and on the half hour (the journey is approx 20 mins traffic permitting) from 9am to 1pm then switching to on the hour and on the half hour leaving Ricoh Arena in the afternoon.

Timetable: from Coventry Mainline Station to Ricoh Arena:
08:00, 08:30 – continues to depart every half hour until 12:00
There is no service between 12:00  and 14:00

Timetable: from Ricoh Arena to Coventry Mainline Station:
14:00, 14:30 – continues to depart every half hour until 18:00
The last coach to leave Ricoh Arena leaves at 18:00

New rail link from Coventry (mainline) to Ricoh Arena station due to open shortly.

By Air: Birmingham International Airport (BHX) is the nearest international airport with more than 25 international airlines providing scheduled flights from the UK, Europe and North America. The airport is approx 20 minutes away by car from the Ricoh Arena. Birmingham  International Railway Station serves the airport and is connected directly to the terminal buildings via a free ‘Air-Rail Link’ monorail system. The train journey from the airport to Coventry station takes approx 15 minutes with trains running every 10 minutes.

Car Parking and Charges: Approaching the Arena building from Judds Lane, turn left after the security hut. Pass through the security barrier taking a parking ticket and park in Car Park A.
